Speaker Biography: Solonia M. Mack is the Supervisor-Continuum of Care Program (formally – Shelter Plus Care Program) with the Jefferson County Housing Authority. Ms. Mack earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Kentucky State University. She has over 30 years’ experience in social work, of which the last 17 years has been with the Jefferson County Housing Authority assisting homeless individuals, families, and veterans.
