Net Zero Design: the Science Behind the Building  featuring Chris Laumer-Giddens from Atlanta.

 

This event is scheduled for October 19th, at 6pm at the Child Development Resource Center at the University of Alabama  At 651 Fifth Ave East, near Rise.

Join us as Chris explains in better detail, the ins and outs of net zero construction.

Chris is an architect, HVAC designer, & builder from Atlanta Georgia, with nationally recognized expertise in “better than” net-zero construction. His award winning designs include the Green Home at Serenbe, which achieved Net Positive energy savings; winning the US Department of Energy Challenge Home Project of the Year in 2013, as well as EarthCraft House Project of the Year, the 2014 DOE Innovation Award, and 2013 NAHB Green Project of the Year Award.
