Mercedes Logistics Facility Site Visit

Joint site visit with SEA, ASCE & AGC-Mercedes Logistics Facility-Vance, AL. 4:30-5:30.
BL Harbert (GC), CCI (Civil) and Tucker Jones (Structural) will be onsite to discuss the project which includes concrete exterior walls, steel framing, one million square feet of concrete paving. The timeline for the facility construction is approximately 8 months and it will be LEED certified. The attached flier provides additional information regarding the project.
Directions to job site from Birmingham:
Take I-20/59 West towards Tuscaloosa
Take Exit #89 Mercedes Drive
Turn Left at the end of the ramp toward US-11, continue 1.5 miles (driving past the plant on your right)
Turn Right onto US-11/AL-7
Turn Right into BL Harbert construction entrance
Continue straight to jobsite office
