Host / Design Week Birmingham
Industrial Designer, Spencer Nugent, will demonstrate hand sketching techniques that are useful for all designers. His presentation will combine both instruction in drawing techniques as well as demonstrations of how to apply these techniques to various design disciplines. Designers and artists of all mediums are welcome to drink, draw, learn something new and be inspired.
Suggested materials include a tablet of marker paper, a selection of pens of differing widths and a 20-30% grey marker but a few pens and pencils and a stack of printer paper will work too. Alabama Art Supply carries Pro Markers brand markers in various greys, a selection of Micron pens, and Canson marker pads.
