11:30 p.m. Group Lunch in the Alabama Power Atrium Cafeteria
12:30 p.m. Keynote Address: Architects At Risk, Dale Munhall, Leo A Daly, Omaha, NE
1:30-4:30 p.m. BLOX Site Visit – Be among the first to see Giattina Aycock Architectural Studio’s BLOX, a single source for pre-fabricated medical modules. They will provide a guided tour of their plant so you can watch the units being built. BLOX architects, fabricators and contractors build a better bathroom, headwall & footwall. When sealed units arrive on the jobsite, they are pre-punched, pre-inspected, certified and connection-ready.
2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors Set Up @ Alabama Power Company Headquarters
6:00 p.m. AIA Block Party @ the Center For Architecture, located at 109 South Richard Arrington Blvd. Enjoy your favorite beverage while catching up with old friends and making new contacts.
7:00 p.m. AIA Dinner Under the Stars – Dress cool and casual to join fellow architects for an evening of fun, featuring the D.B. Cooper Duo.
9:00 p.m. AIA Night @ Cahaba Brewing Company – Head over to the Cahaba Brewing Company for more fun with your peers before heading home.

12:00 p.m. Lunch in Product Show with Prize Drawings Exhibitors Tear Down After Lunch
1:00 – 4:00 p.m. The Architecture of Birmingham’s Downtown Churches – Noted Birmingham historian Philip Morris will lead this fascinating tour through some of the area’s most prestigious churches.
6:00 p.m. AIA Night with the Barons (Home Run Deck) Enjoy this fabulous facility. Burgers, stadium dogs and draft beer provided as you watch the Barons take on the Jackson Generals.
10:00 p.m. AIA Night at Beer Engineer’s Brewery – Not ready for bed yet, join your peers for more fun at Beer Engineers, just across the street from the stadium.
