Join us for our first Chapter Meeting of the New Year! Solonia Mack from the Jefferson County Housing Authority will be joining us to talk about the work she does with JCHA assisting homeless individuals, families, and veterans.
Scott Heywood, AIA, NCARB is VP of Ghafari Associates Birmingham office and a long-time NCARB committee member! He will provide an overview of the PPD exam and offer test tips and other insights. He will also go over some recent changes to the exam and answer questions.
This presentation will cover the three types of ultra violet and levels of germicidal properties and capabilities. The history of the use of various UV lamp sources will be explored as well as the risks associated. UVC will be specifically discussed as a germicidal.
