There is a large interest in understanding the motivation and main drivers of shoppers. However latest neuro science studies show that 90% our decisions as humans are based on emotions\, these emotion driven decisions are also driving the buying decisions at point of sale. As lighting experts\, we understand that light impacts on people’s mood\, emotion and therefore wellbeing – both in a positive and negative ways .However we realized that lighting and emotion has never been researched in the shop and retail environment from a consumer perspective until now. Limbic lighting is not connected to specific lighting technology\, it is more deeply linked to a better and profound understanding of the shopper and their behavior. While construction contract administration is an essential service offered by design professionals\, most claims against design professionals now include an allegation relating to negligence in the construction contract administration services. Owners increasingly expect design professionals to protect them from improper performance of the contractor\, or to take risks related to design changes and substitutions intended to modify project cost. This course will explore the risks that design professionals face when providing construction contract administration services. We will identify the sources of these risks and learn how design professionals can mitigate them without compromising public health\, safety and welfare. \n
