  • Participants will learn about the impact of emissions on children and our elderly and how diesel powered buses emit NOx that can cause asthma, which affects 1 in 10 in the US. Electric buses will make our cities cleaner and residents healthier due to no emissions.
  • Participants will learn about fuel price determination by geo-political and environmental factors and how using more electric transportation protects from the risk of global oil price hikes.
  • Participants will discuss the difference between electric buses and traditional internal combustion motors and how this leads to fewer operational and maintenance issue, preventing little to no disruption in bus routes in which our communities depend and contributing to more savings for our municipal transit systems and communities.
  • Finally, participants will learn about noise reduction and pollution with electric buses and how this is an important benefit in improving the quality of life for our communities.
